Lower back pain affects more than 80% of the adult population. This is a common disease that affects them at some point in their lives. There are many causes and it can be difficult to directly determine the source of the problem without medical intervention, i.e. Visit the doctor or chiropractor.
Common causes are some of the most unhealthy physical activities, such as gardening or lifting heavy objects.
This overuse can cause a slippery disc (or hernia disc) in the lower back. This is usually the result of grinding during lifting. A slippery disc on the lower back sometimes sounds worse. It's just a little bit of swelling in your spine and touching on some nerves. Some basic exercises can help relieve pain and correct the problem of slippery discs in the lower back.
1. Lying on Your Back.
Now, this seems simple, But it is very effective. Lay flat on the floor with a few pillows below your head and knees for support. This relieves tension in your lower back. An alternative is to place a pillow on a chair seat and place your feet on the chair with your back to the floor.
It is recommended to stay in this position for about 5-25 minutes for each session.
This is a great way to relax the back and relieve the pressure on your lower back. You should do this exercise continuously for 1 to 2 days, getting up and walking once every hour.

Aspirin and endorphins are important drugs that help reduce swelling. Panadol also helps control minor pain in your lower back.
4. Massage for Muscle Relief
Massaging the lower back can reduce any inflammation and swelling. As the muscles relax, blood circulation increases and pain often decreases.
If these tips are combined, with the essential bed rest, your back pain should go away and your back should return to its old nature.
